KATHMANDU, June 15: Rapti Hydro and General Construction Limited has opened a 1:1 rights offering worth Rs 612.7 million starting Sunday.

The company is offering 6,127,938 units of rights shares at a par value of Rs 100 per unit. Shareholders recorded by May 18 are eligible to apply for the rights shares. Applications will be accepted until July 6, the company stated.
Following the issuance, the company’s paid-up capital will reach Rs 1.22 billion. Rapti Hydro has appointed Muktinath Capital as the issue manager.
