KASKI, Dec 9: Rabindra Prasad Adhikari, candidate from CPN-UML has won for the House of Representatives.
He defeated the Nc candidate Devraj chalise by 8546 votes.
Rabindra secured 27207 votes where his rival candidate Chalise obtained 18661 votes.
