KATHMANDU, Aug 16: Rabi Lamichhane, chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), who is in Rupandehi prison on remand in a cooperative fraud case, is set to be brought to Kathmandu today.

The Department of Prison Management said Lamichhane will be transferred this afternoon and lodged at Nakkhu Prison via a Buddha Air flight.
The department had only on Friday decided to transfer him to Nakkhu Prison. Lamichhane had earlier applied for a transfer to Dillibazar Prison, but the department chose Nakkhu instead.
