KATHMANDU, April 12: Nepal has secured a place in the final of the four-nation (Quadrangular) T20 cricket series, maintaining an unbeaten run.
The final group-stage match against Hong Kong, scheduled for Friday, was called off due to rain, with Nepal advancing to the final as the group winner.
Quadrangular T20 Series: Rain disrupts Nepal vs Hong Kong match

Hong Kong, batting first after winning the toss, had scored 68 runs for 3 wickets in 9 overs. However, rain interrupted the game, and it was eventually called off.
With the game being abandoned, both teams shared one point each. As a result, Nepal finished at the top of the group with 5 points from 3 matches.
Now, Nepal will face Kuwait in the final for the title on Sunday. Kuwait reached the final as the group runner-up. In the group stage, Nepal had defeated Kuwait by 6 wickets.
Hong Kong and Qatar will compete for third place.
