Qatari envoy calls on foreign minister

KATHMANDU, Feb 13: Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Nepal, Yousuf bin Mohammed Al-Hail, paid a courtesy call on Foreign Minister Dr Bimala Rai Paudyal at the Ministry in Singha Durbar today.
