KATHMANDU, June 20: A direct question-and-answer session with the Prime Minister in the House of Representatives will be held on Friday. There will be a live question and answer session with Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal in the House of Representatives on Friday (June 23).
In the meeting held on Tuesday, Speaker Devraj Ghimire said that according to paragraph 9 of the Rules of the House of Representatives 2079, the direct question and answer program with the Prime Minister will be held on Friday. He said that for the direct question and answer program with the Prime Minister, all HoR members have been divided into 17 groups in alphabetical order with 15 members in each group. He said that this month it is the turn of the members of the House of Representatives in Group 1.

He said, “In accordance with paragraph 9 of the House of Representatives Regulations 2079, I would like to inform you that the direct question-and-answer program with the Prime Minister will be held at the meeting on June 23, 2023. Also, for the direct question and answer program with the Prime Minister, I would like to inform you that all members have been divided into 17 groups in alphabetical order with 15 members in each group. According to the rules, the members of the divided groups will be able to ask questions one after the other in the direct question and answer program with the Prime Minister every month. And I would like to inform you that the honorable members in Group 1 can submit their questions in writing to the Secretary of the House of Representatives by five o'clock today according to Rule 58 of the Rules for asking questions this month.”
The Speaker has asked the members of the House of Representatives to submit their questions to the Prime Minister in writing through the Secretary of the House of Representatives by five o'clock today (Tuesday).
