‘Putali ko Ghar’ to be launched on Friday
Ghanashyam Khadka is launching his book, ‘Putali ko Ghar (Home of the Butterfly)’ on Friday at Rastriya Nach Ghar, Jamal. The book documents the life story of Pushpa Basnet, who became the CNN Hero in 2012 and CNN Super Hero in 2016.
The book narrates Basnet’s early life and her journey towards the social service, which eventually led to the CNN Hero award.
The event will have the official launch followed by the book's hearing and review session. Pushpa Basnet and the author Ghanashyam Khadka will also sign the book.
