Protect Trees
Trees are big and strong,
They provide us food and timber
Trees are culturally important,
They protect water catchments
Trees produce life-giving oxygen,
They make the environment clean and green
Trees mitigate climate change,
They provide habitat for wildlife
Trees absorb pollution,
They help to cool cities
Trees cause rainfall,
They are a legacy for future generations.
Ancil is a Grade III student at Graded English Medium School (GEMS), Dhapakhel.
