Speaking at an interaction program organized by Bhaktapur Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday in Bhaktapur on the campaign against gender-based violence and protection of women in business sector, SP Shrestha said that there are many ways to prostitution. SP Shrestha said investigations have found out that the money was being transferred through the bank without paying directly to cover up the crime.
Giving information about prostitution, he said that sexual activities based on financial transactions are considered prostitution. He said that the law of Nepal does not consider sexual activity based on consent without any transaction as prostitution.
