SURKHET, Sept 19: Karnali Province Chief Minister Mahendra Bahadur Shahi said that their foremost responsibility now is to develop prosperous Karnali Province and the nation with social justice. 

In a message delivered on the occasion of the 4th Constitution Day today, Chief Minister Shahi wished that the Day will inspire all to consolidate national unity, defend people's sovereignty and establish socialism-based state management with proportional and inclusive development. 

"The country saw the promulgation of the Constitution of federal, democratic republic Nepal on the day today as an epochal achievement of people's longstanding sacrifice and struggle. It has devolved the power and authority of Singha Durbar to the doorsteps of the people", reads the message. RSS
