KATHMANDU, Sept 21: The National Assembly (NA) has approved the proposal to consider the Appropriation Bill, 2021 by a majority. Finance Minister Janardan Sharma had tabled the proposal in Tuesday's meeting of the upper house.
Earlier, Member of Parliament from CPN-UML, Bhairav Sundar Shrestha accused the ordinance on political parties of triggering chaos in the political sector.
He also objected to not publishing the information regarding the action taken by his party against 14 lawmakers who were involved in anti-party activities. The next meeting of the National Assembly will be held on September 23 at 2 PM.
