Meanwhile, the proposal seeking consideration on the Bill relating to bank and financial institutions (first amendment), 2076 could not be decided for lack of quorum.
Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota had to postpone the meeting for 15 minutes after only 58 members of parliament were found present against the required minimum of one fourth of the total members i.e. 69. NC's Ataharkamal Musalman raised objection over the significant absence of members of parliament in the meeting.
