DANG, Jan 6: A fire that broke out at a house of Rapti Rural Municipality-2 in Dang district today, destroyed property worth approximately Rs 600,000. No human casualties have been reported. More than 200 chickens were also burnt down. A short-circuit caused the flame at around 5 am, said the police.
A team from the Area Police Office with the help of the local people doused the fire.
