Prohibited zones announced

SURKHET, June 30: The District Administration Office, Jumla has declared some areas in the district as prohibited zones

Issuing a public notice, the DAO has banned any kind of strike including hunger strike, agitation and demonstration within 200 meters of the DAO, the district police office and the Karnali Institute of Health Sciences (KIHS). 

Meanwhile, senior orthopaedist Dr Govinda KC has reached the Karnali Institute of Health Sciences in Jumla to stage his 15th fast-unto-death in protest against the alleged tampering of the medical education bill, and against the delay in beginning of MBBS studies in the KIHS. RSS
