KATHMANDU, Mar 14: Bidya Devi Bhandari has been sworn in as the President of Nepal for the second time on Wednesday.
'Ousted' Chief Justice Gopal Parajuli administered the oath of office and secrecy to the newly elected Bhandari at Sheetal Niwas.
