Prez Paudel to meet and congratulate cricket team for making it to the World Cup qualifiers

KATHMANDU, March 17: President Ramchandra Paudel is going to congratulate the Nepal National Cricket Team who succeeded in making a place in the Global Qualifier of the Cricket World Cup by finishing third in the ICC Cricket World Cup League Two.

For that, a program has been arranged at the President’s Residence Sheetal Niwas today at 3.30PM.

Earlier in the morning, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal honored the players at the Prime Minister's Residence, Baluwatar. Nepal defeated the UAE by 9 runs at home on Thursday and secured its place in the World Cup Qualifier by finishing third in the Cricket World Cup League Two.
