"Given the uncomfortable situation created in the country due to the earthquake, the President's visit has been postponed," Chalise explained.
The President was initially scheduled to depart on November 8 to participate in the Paris Peace Forum and subsequently visit Germany and Italy, with a return home planned for November 17.
However, following the earthquake, which resulted in the deaths of 153 people and left over 100 injured in Jajarkot and Rukum West, with its epicenter in Barekot Rural Municipality-1, Ramidanda, there was growing public pressure on the President to postpone his foreign tour.
