According to a statement issued by the President's Office, President Ramchandra Paudel has, in accordance with Article 113 (2), certified the bills which were passed by the Federal Parliament and submitted to the President’s Office for verification in accordance with Article 113 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal.
President Ramchandra Paudel has certified three bills related to budget. The Head of the State today gave assent the Appropriation Bill, 2080; the Finance Bill, 2080 and the Bill to Raise National Debt, 2080.
After being passed by both houses of the Federal Parliament, three bills related to the budget were sent to the President for approval.
