KATHMANDU, March 5: President Bidya Devi Bhandari attended a dinner reception hosted by the Nepal Army on the occasion of Mahashivaratri and Army Day at the NA headquarters this evening. President Bhandari is the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Nepal Army.

Also present on the occasion were Vice-president Nanda Bahadur Pun, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, Speaker Krishna Bahadur Mahara, National Assembly Chair Ganesh Prasad Timalsena, DPM and Defence Minister Iswar Pokharel.
Heads of Constitutional bodies, Ministers, MPs, high-ranking government officials, heads of security agencies, industrialists and businessmen, artists, journalists and renowned social personalities also attended the function.
