KATHMANDU, Dec 8: Nepali Congress candidate from Kathmandu-1, Prakashman Singh has lead to Bibeksheel Sajha Party candidate Rabindra Mishra with narrow margin.

According to preliminary votes counting update Singh secured 940 and his nearest rival candidate Mishara garnered 675 votes. 

Left Alliance candidate Anil Sharma is in third position with 268 votes.
