BAJURA, March 19: The regular power supply has resumed in the district headquarters of Martadi, Bajura, three days after on Sunday evening.
The power supply was resumed after the maintenance of the dam of the Triveni Small Hydropower Centre.
The dam of the hydropower had collapsed while constructing a drinking water tank by the Badimalika Municipality.
The hydropower project constructed 33 years ago has also witnessed technical glitches repeatedly, it is said.
Chief of the centre Daya Ram Pandit said that regular power supply has resumed after the reconstruction of the project dam.
For lack of power supply, the office activities of the government offices and the NGO offices were halted. (RSS)
