The sound is deafening and thunderous; and so beautiful that sends shivers down my spine and goosebumps all over my body. I am loving it! My brother sits beside me. And, even in the little light coming from the screen, I can make out the outline of his hands covering his ears, and his lips turned upward in an obvious frown.  But the moment I turn my head and our eyes meet, he starts playing with his hair and gives loud nervous laughter. I smile and resume looking at the theater screen.  

 Now the little girl is covered in blood and her whole body is shivering. Her heart wrecking screams continue to fill the auditorium and from the corner of my eyes, I can see that my brother has his hands up over his ears again. Inches away from the little girl is her mother all chained up and her body hanging upside down. The mother is crying and begging for it to leave her little girl alone. She is screaming and squirming as she watches her baby’s body jerk more violently with each passing second. Finally, the body rises above the ground and stops in midair. The little girl stops crying. It’s dead silent. She has all her limbs twisted and her head staring at us from an odd angle. Then the lights come up and It reads intermission in big black letters on the screen. 

I sigh and look at my lap. I can’t believe my eyes that  my popcorn is all gone and I don’t even remember eating any. I give a murderous look to my brother but he is already heading outside. I am so angry! I can feel my head throbbing. I quickly stand up and follow behind him but soon he disappears inside the restroom. Since I am already in front of the restroom, I decide to go inside. The place is bustling with women of all age and size. After what feels like forever, I finally manage to make my way to the front. Then I see my reflection on the mirror. My lips are covered in orange crumbs of cheese popcorn.. I am shocked and looked at my hands where my all  fingers  are sticky and orange.  I walk out of the restroom--feeling all dizzy and confused.
