JAJARKOT, Dec 7: Police today confiscated 204 live bullets from the district.
A team led by Inspector Subash Bhatta raided a bus heading to the district headquarters, Jajarkot and recovered the bullets hidden in a bag belonging to one Milan Shahi of Khagenkot-3 in Jajarkot, inspector Hikmat Bohara said.
The team also held Shahi and other seven persons including two women in connection with the incident and the arrestees have been taken to Jajarkot for investigation, said inspector Hikmat Bohara.
Police said preliminary investigation shows that Shahi is close to Netra Bikram Chand-led CPN Maoist. RSS
