Last Monday, a bus co-driver bought narcotics while en route from Sarlahi on a bus (Na 6 Kha 4540). The police arrested the woman based on the co-driver’s statement that he was delivering the money to Maya Lama, aka Nana, and Lama’s number was saved in his mobile phone.

Further investigation revealed that Lama used a Pathao rider to receive narcotics being transported by the bus. She had given money to the Pathao rider to pick up the narcotic drug disguised as honey in Radhe Radhe, Bhaktapur. This operation led to her arrest by the police.
