KATHMANDU, July 14: Police have arrested 12 individuals with cash worth Rs 172,550 on July 13. The police were deployed by the Metropolitan Police Sector, Balambu.

The police arrested four people from Chandragiri Municipality-11, Satungal while playing cards. Rs 45250 and three books of playing cards were also recovered. Further investigations are in process.

Likewise, the team deployed by Metropolitan Police Circle, Swayambhu arrested eight people with cash worth Rs 127,300 and seven books of playing cards from Nagarjun Municipality-2, Pandhara.
