KATHMANDU, Oct 16: The Pokhara Premier League (PPL) has announced the fixtures of the upcoming season of the first edition of the tournament, participated by six franchise teams.
The tournament, which will run from October 26 to November 6, will see teen sensation Sandeep Lamichhane’s Biratnagar Titans take on Sarad Vesawakar’s Pokhara Paltan on the first day at the Pokhara Stadium.
National team captain Paras Khadka will be leading his side Chitwan Rhinos on the second day against Sompal Kami’s Butwal Blasters, followed by Gyanendra Malla’s Hulas Kathmandu Royals playing against Dipendra Singh Airee’s Expert Dhangadhi Blues later on the same day.

On October 28, Biratnagar will take on Dhangadhi and Butwal will face Pokhara later on the same day. Likewise, Biratnagar will face Kathmandu, while Chitwan and Pokhara will battle against each other the next day.
Then, on October 31, Chitwan will vie against Dhangadhi, while Biratnagar will face Butwal later on the same day. Likewise, Chitwan will take on Kathmandu, while Dhangadhi will battle against Butwal later on November 1.
Pokhara and Dhangadhi will start the November 2 match, followed by Butwal and Kathmandu playing later on the same day. Similarly, Kathmandu will play again later next day against Pokhara, while Biratnagar and Chitwan go head-to-head later on the last group match of the tournament.
The top three teams from the group stages will make the knockouts, as the top team will secure its place in the final.
The second and the third team will play an eliminator match on November 4, and the winner of the match will play in the final against the top team of the group on November 6.
The tournament will be played in league cum knockout format.
