PARBAT.July 5: The Pokhara-Baglung road has been obstructed since 1 am today due to a landslide that occurred at Bhyaplekhola of Modi rural municipality-5 in Parbat district. 

The landslide debris has covered the road making it inaccessible to vehicles. Vehicles going towards various destinations in the four districts of Dhawalagiri are stranded at Dimuwa while the long and short route vehicles which had left from Dhawalagiri have remained stuck at Aambote. 

Preparations have been made for mobilising dozer and excavator for removing the landslide debris deposited on the road and opening it for traffic, the District Traffic Police Office, Parbat has stated. RSS
