KATHMANDU, May 23: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal will be giving a special address at the Legislature – Parliament today.
The PM will address the session at 1 pm, PM's Press Advisor, Govinda Acharya, told the National News Agency (RSS). RSS
