KATHMANDU, May 27: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal on Saturday tabled a copy of the government's policies and programs which was unveiled by President Bidya Devi Bhandari. The President had unveiled the government's policies and programs in the House on 25 May. 

During the House meeting, CPN (Maoist Centre) Chief Whip Tek Bahadur Basnet tabled a proposal to extend the vote of thanks to the President for her address to the House while NC Chief Whip Chinkaji Shrestha seconded the motion. 

Following this, Speaker Onsari Gharti fixed the date for May 27 and 28 for the discussion on the government policies and programs. 

Earlier, Speaker Gharti informed the House about a letter received from the Office of the President on Prime Minister Prachanda's resignation. RSS
