Oli’s statement comes at a time when the lawmakers close to the party’s senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal are reportedly preparing to resign en masse in an apparent bid to foil Oli’s attempt to secure a vote of confidence in parliament on Monday
PM Oli urged the parliamentarians of his party not to take such an ‘undesirable’ move. “Wil history forgive those who commit such acts? Think, what will we tell the people.”
He also assured the lawmakers that nobody will be discriminated against and urged them to strengthen the party.
