KATHMANDU, Oct 20 : Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and his spouse Radhika Shakya offered Tika to HIV-infected 23 children on the occasion of Badadashain festival.
The prime minister offered Tika to 23 children infected with HIV, who were the students of Kirtipur-based Sikhsya Sadan, at Baluwatar on Saturday.
On the occasion, Oli enquired about the education of HIV-infected children and their needs, according to a press release issued by the Prime Minister's Secretariat.
Prime Minister Oli interacted with teachers of Sikhsya Sadan. The students also performed arts including singing.
