PM Oli confers degree to 7,872 students in Pokhara University’s 20th convocation

The university's Chancellor and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli conferred degrees to the students during a special ceremony organized at the university's central office in Dhungepatan, Pokhara Metropolitan City-30.

KATHMANDU, Feb 20: A total of 7,872 students have graduated in the 20th convocation of Pokhara University.


The university's Chancellor and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli conferred degrees to the students during a special ceremony organized at the university's central office in Dhungepatan, Pokhara Metropolitan City-30.

Students, who passed their bachelor, masters and PhD degrees from various campuses under the university, were conferred their graduation certificates on Thursday.


The university has stated that around 40,000 students are currently studying in 68 different programs at campuses operating across the country under Pokhara University.


Prime Minister Oli is scheduled to address the convocation ceremony.
