PM Deuba pays tribute to martyrs on Martyr’s Day (With Photos)

KATHMANDU, Jan 30: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba reached the martyrs' column at Lainchaur in the capital to pay his respects to the martyrs of the country and remember them on the occasion of Martyr’s Day today. 

Martyr's Day is celebrated on Magh 16 every year according to Nepali calendar in memory of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the establishment and restoration of democracy and freedom of people in different periods. The day is being observed by organizing various programs across the country.
