PM Deuba asks all stakeholders concerned to improve quality of construction works

KATHMANDU, July 19: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has given instructions to all related parties to improve the quality of development and construction work.


Speaking at a program held in Kathmandu on Tuesday on the occasion of the 60th Engineer's Day, Prime Minister Deuba asked all parties concerned to ensure quality development and construction work by maintaining coordination among stakeholders.

He also pointed out the need for engineers to be more active in their work as the role of engineers is important to build infrastructures for the prosperity of the country according to the needs of the people.


Making it clear that the development of infrastructure such as roads, bridges, hydropower projects, and information technology is necessary for the development and prosperity of the country, Prime Minister Deuba also expressed his belief that engineers will make their profession more professional and specialized in that work.


Prime Minister Deuba also said that if engineers have any problems in the development and construction work, the government is committed to solve them immediately.
