KATHMANDU, Oct 10: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has approved the resignation of Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies Gajendra Bahadur Hamal on Sunday.
The newly-appointed Minister Hamal had submitted his resignation from the post following an allegation that he had become a minister from the quota of Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher JB Rana.
Earlier today, Hamal had submitted his resignation to Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba.
He claimed that not being a minister would not make any difference to him as he is doing politics out of conviction and loyalty to the nation.
