“The people's expectations to see a noticeable progress in the reconstruction drive have remained unmet,” said Administrative advisor to PM Dahal, Narayan Dahal quoting PM Dahal.

PM Dahal turned furious at the secretaries accusing them of dillydallying, which accordinh to the PM, has hindered the government’s major works. Issuing a 26-point directive, the PM also directed them to speed up their works.

“Work automatically, not only when I direct. I have directed all of you time and again,” he said, “Now, I want expected results and I am eagerly waiting for that.”
