KATHMANDU, March 15: Chairman of CPN (Maoist Center) and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal is going to take the vote of confidence on March 20. The CPN-UML, RPP and RSP have quit the government following the forming of a new ruling alliance including the Nepali Congress.
Dahal's secretariat informed Republica that as the major parties that had given him a vote of confidence had left the government, PM Dahal is going to take the vote of confidence again. The secretariat also said that the date was decided after discussions with the top level leaders.
It is said that Prime Minister Dahal will expand the Council of Ministers only after receiving a vote of confidence on March 20.
