PM Dahal to return to capital on regular flight, leaving helicopter for rescue

KATHMANDU, Nov 4: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, who visited Jajarkot and Rukum (West) to assess the situation of the earthquake victims, will return to the capital on a regular flight.

KATHMANDU, Nov 4: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, who visited Jajarkot and Rukum (West) to assess the situation of the earthquake victims, will return to the capital on a regular flight.


PM Dahal is scheduled to return by a regular flight, leaving the helicopter of the Nepali Army which he initially traveled in, to rescue the earthquake victims. "The Prime Minister is now returning to Kathmandu on a regular flight at 2:30PM, but the helicopter has been left for rescue operations," Press Coordinator Secretary Suryakiran Sharma said.

Earlier this morning, the helicopter that PM Dahal traveled, rescued seven injured people from Nalgad and transported them to Karnali Province Hospital in Surkhet.
