LUMBINI, Oct 31: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has arrived in Lumbini to welcome Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, today.
UN Secretary-General Guterres, who is in Nepal for a four-day official visit, is arriving in Lumbini from Annapurna Base Camp via Bhairahawa.
