Photos: Youths hold demonstrations in capital to extend support to Prime Minister KP Oli

KATHMANDU, July 8: Youths affiliated to the ruling Nepal Communist Party staged demonstrations at various six places of the Kathmandu Valley on Wednesday to extend support to Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.

KATHMANDU, July 8: Youths affiliated to the ruling Nepal Communist Party staged demonstrations at various six places of the Kathmandu Valley on Wednesday to extend support to Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.

The demonstrations were held at Koteswor, Chabhil, Gongabu, Kalanki, Asan and Lagankhel. The youths chanted slogans carrying placards reading "I am with KP Oli", "We want this government for full five-year term," "We want stability," "We want stable government," and "Be aware of Indian expansionism," "We want prosperous Nepal", and "Don't topple the nationalist government."



The protest comes at a time when Oli is under intense pressure to resign from the posts of Prime Minister and the party chairperson within his party.
