Such huge gatherings of people barely seen adopting precautions against COVID-19 have raised the fear of rapid transmission of COVID-19.

Earlier, the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) projected Nepal’s COVID-19 case tally to surpass 600,000 over the next three months with a daily rise of more than 11,000 cases based on the current COVID-19 infection trend of the country.
