According to Padam Giri, chief whip of CPN-UML, an agreement has been reached among the political parties regarding the formation of a special committee.
According to CPN (Maoist Center) Chief Whip Rupa Soshi Chaudhary, the parties have not agreed on the modality of the special committee. She says, “Opinions have been presented from different angles. But the parties agree on its importance because it is connected with the implementation of federalism.”
