Partial to normal rain likely in hilly areas of the country today

KATHMANDU, April 2: There is a possibility of partial to normal rain in the hilly areas of the country, while the rest of the areas are likely to experience partial rain today, according to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology.

The hilly areas of the country including Koshi province will have partly cloudy to normal weather this afternoon.

There is a possibility of light rain with thunder and lightning in a few places in hilly areas of the country including Koshi province.

Tonight, the weather will be generally clear in the rest of the country with partly cloudy weather in the hilly areas of the country. According to the DHM, there is a possibility of light rain with thunder in one or two places in the hilly areas of Koshi and Gandaki provinces.
