RUPANDEHI, July 12: Training on parliamentary reporting has begun today in Rupandehi district.
Organized by Media Action Nepal with help of Australian Aid, a total of 30 journalists from Rupandehi, Nawalparasi, and Palpa districts have participated in the training session wherein they will be trained on parliamentary journalism principles and practices.
The trainer is Prof Ram Krishna Regmi. Issues like interrelation between media and parliament, parliamentary journalism and good governance will also be discussed during the session, said chairperson of Media Action Nepal, Laxman Datta Panta.
