KATHMANDU, September 4: Today's meeting of the Legislature-Parliament has passed a condolence motion on the demise of the then member of the National Assembly, Bir Bahadur Singh. 

The meeting unanimously passed the condolence motion presented by Speaker Onsari Gharti. 
One minute's silence was also observed in the meeting wishing him eternal peace. 

Singh, 77, died on August 27 in course of treatment in Kathmandu. He represented in National Assembly from CPN (UML) in 2056 BS. 

The next meeting will take place at 1:00 pm today itself.
