KATHMANDU, Dec 15: Pakistani ambassador to Nepal Mazhar Javed laid foundation stone of a new block of the Bharatpur Eye Hospital on Wednesday. The new block is being constructed with the financial assistance of the government of Pakistan.
Ambassador Javed also visited Chitwan Chamber of Commerce and Industries. Talking to the office bearers and members of the chamber, he highlighted the need to take measures for enhancement of trade between the two countries. He also stated that Pakistan was desirous of diversifying its trade commodities as well as markets.
Ambassador Javed also visited Chitwan Medical College and Teaching Hospital, BP Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital.
