Over-crowded jeep skids off the road, 20 injured

ROLPA, Dec 12: An overcrowded jeep veered off the road injuring 20 passengers at Jhinuwa of Madi rural municipality-1, according to the police.

Five of those injured are in critical condition.

The jeep, Ra 1 Ja 696 was en route to Ghorahi, Dang via Rangsiba and Kapurkot of Sanyan when it fell 100 meters off the road. The injured are undergoing treatment at Dang's Tulsipur Regional Hospital.

The overloaded jeep was carrying 22 passengers.
