KATHMANDU, Jan 31: Over 3.2 million people in Lumbini Province have received their first dose of vaccine against COVID-19.
At a press conference organized by the Health Directorate of the Ministry of Health, Population and Family Welfare in Ghorahi today, it was said that 3.2 million people have received at least one dose of vaccine against COVID-19. Of them, 2,426,680 people have received both doses of vaccine against the deadly infection.
There are currently 7,641 active cases of COVID-19 in the province. Of them, 131 are under treatment with oxygen support, 29 are in ICUs, two on ventilators while other infected patients are at home in self-isolation.
