PARSA, March 11: Deputy Prime Minister Ishwar Pokharel has said that the fresh election was the only solution to bring the derailed political course in the country on the right track. 

Speaking at a press meeting here in Parsa on Thursday, leader Pokharel urged all to be ready to take part in the fresh elections to give way out to the derailed political course both within the parliament and outside the parliament.  

On a separate note, leader Pokharel said they would continue party unification between CPN (UML) and CPN (Maoist Centre) following a new course developed after the Supreme Court’s verdict.  

Pokharel added that such unity would be made from district levels to centre in a new way.  He also said that the UML is thinking to unify the party cadres and leaders in a fresh campaign. 

DPM Pokharel also expressed commitment to end irregularities seen in different developmental projects there.
