One killed in road accident in Dhangadhi

DHANGADHI, March 13: One person was killed and another one was injured in a road accident at Manahera road section of the Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolis in the district last night, police said. 

The accident took place when a bus with marriage procession ( Ba 3 Kha 1633) heading to Dhangadhi from Phulbari hit a bike (Se 4 Pa 7137) coming from opposite direction at the place, police added. 

The deceased is bike rider Deependra Budha of Dhangadhi and injured is pillion rider Lokesh Thapa of the same place. 

The injured is sent to Kathmandu for further treatment after having treatment in Seti Zonal hospital. 
Police have impounded the bus with its driver for further action. RSS
